Data Uploaded for Extraction: Any documents, images, or other content you submit to AiCR for processing may contain personal or sensitive information.

  • Software applications, including the AiCR platform
  • Social media pages and applications for LinkedIn Insight Tag, YouTube, Google Analytics 4, Click Dimensions/Dynamics 365 Tracking, and others we may add over time.
  • HTML-formatted email messages that we send to you that link to this Policy or other communications with you.
  • Offline business interactions with you.

Collectively known as Websites, Applications, Social Media Pages, emails, and offline business interactions as “Services”.

Uploaded data used for AI extraction may be automatically deleted after processing unless you request otherwise.

Marketing & Website Data: Information collected through our website (such as cookies, analytics data, and contact form submissions) is retained as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries or maintaining an active business relationship. Records of marketing leads and correspondence are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, after which they are scheduled for deletion in accordance with our internal policies.

8. Jurisdiction and Cross-Border Transfer

AiCR is headquartered in the United States and we store information in the U.S. and process information in the U.S. and other countries, which may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country of residence. We will take steps to ensure that your Personal Information receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it. By using the Services, you understand that Personal Information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States and processed globally.
